We accept the following payment methods:

We can accept these cards through our Stripe integration:

We can also accept Apple Pay from customers checking out on a supported device.

Unsupported

We are unable to accept:

  • Giropay

  • Google Pay

  • iDEAL

  • SEPA Direct Debit

  • SOFORT

  • WeChat Pay

The total will be charged to your card when the order is completed. Your card will be charged based on your chosen currency.

Paypal:

You can shop easily without having to enter your credit cards on the website through Paypal. Your account will be charged once the order is completed.

Please note that all payment transactions are subject to verification with the card issuer. We will not be held responsible for any refusal of a card issuer to authorize the transaction. Please note that the card issuer may charge a shipping fee or administrative-processing charge; we are not responsible for such expenses. 

Once payment has been received and your order has been confirmed, your order will automatically be processed. You will receive an email with the confirmation and details of your order.

Tax & duties information

Our prices are inclusive of VAT, for each order.

Shipments will be sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, and you will be charged duties and taxes by the shipping provider when they deliver your order. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs.

Shipping and delivery

We currently offer a worldwide CO2 shipping. Orders are normally dispatched within the next 1-3 working days after you have placed the order. Orders are sent via Posti within Finland and international shipping with DHL. Shipping method, time and price will vary depending on your country and the chosen delivery method. See below for further information.

Showroom/shop pick-ups

Free pick-ups are available in Finland on Fridays and Saturdays from 11am to 6pm at our showroom/shop at Pursimiehenkatu 16 A, Helsinki. Once your online order is ready for a pick-up (within 1-2 working days) you will be notified via phone or email with further info.

Delivery times

In Finland the delivery time is 2-4 business days delivered by Posti.

All orders outside Finland are currently delivered by DHL Express, and depending on the destination, the delivery time is currently 2-5 business days. Please refer the table above for updated delivery times.

Non-picked up parcels

For parcels returned to us by courier due to no picking up the order(s), we will charge a fee of €20 per parcel for Finnish orders and for orders outside Finland €40 per parcel to cover handling costs.

Order confirmations

Any orders you place at the Site will form a valid contract between you and By Hinders.

After placing an order on the Site you will receive and order confirmation indicating that your order has been received. Once we have processed your order and it’s ready to be shipped to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code and a link / tracking code and links.

RETURNS

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order. All items you wish to return must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered to you to be eligible for a refund. When returning the product you must present a receipt or other equivalent proof of purchase for the product – please use our return form that you can find with your order. If you don’t have this documents please contact us on info@byhinders.com.

 Returns must meet the following requirements:

 – The item is to be in new condition

– The returned item must correspond to the item delivered

– The item is returned in its original packaging in good condition, all in a package properly closed.

Should you have used the item and, therefore, it does not correspond with the item delivered, you are liable for the reduction of value, in maximum to the total value of the item.

Should the item be personalized or customized for you, it cannot be returned.

The costs incurred by returning the goods have to be covered by the customer. You must use a tracked delivery service to ensure easy confirmation of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 working days of receipt. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
